The Sejong Center is always an imposing and slightly spooky edifice. Very Nazi Germany in size. I always call it "the Ministry of Torture". Hope those parasol users are getting their vitamin d in their Seoul Milk!
Why torture? I think they throw all kinds of vitamins and minerals into all kinds of food these days; marketing gimmick that doesn't die.
